The Radial SGI Stereo TX is the transmitter unit of the SGI Stereo instrument line driver system, designed to send two unbalanced instrument signals over long distances without noise or signal loss. It converts left and right instrument signals from a guitar, pedalboard, or stereo instrument source into a balanced format and transmits them through a single Cat5/Cat6 cable to the SGI Stereo RX receiver.

Engineered to preserve the natural tone and dynamics of the instrument, the SGI Stereo TX features premium Jensen transformers for exceptional audio performance, providing isolation that helps eliminate hum and ground loop noise. The unit includes ¼" input and thru connections, allowing the signal to be split to a nearby amplifier, tuner, or direct box while simultaneously sending the balanced signal to the receiver.

Built with Radial’s rugged 14-gauge steel chassis and compact pedalboard-friendly design, the SGI Stereo TX is ideal for stage and studio applications where amplifiers need to be located remotely, such as isolation cabinets, backstage areas, or large stage setups. It works together with the SGI Stereo RX to deliver clean, transparent stereo instrument signals over distances of up to 100 meters (300 ft).
