The EVC-1082-96PIB is a black, 8-inch, two-way weatherized loudspeaker designed for professional sound reinforcement in outdoor and demanding installation environments. It features 90° × 60° coverage, an 8-inch woofer, and a 1.25-inch titanium compression driver mounted on a rotatable waveguide for directional control. A 24 dB/octave Linkwitz-Riley crossover helps maintain consistent off-axis response. The durable plywood enclosure features an EVCoat finish, while the stainless-steel grille backed with hydrophobic cloth and the IP55 weather-resistance rating provide protection against dust and water. Multiple M10 suspension points offer installation flexibility, and an optional TK-150 transformer enables 70 V/100 V distributed audio operation with Electro-Voice’s patented Automatic Saturation Compensation (ASC). Rigging hardware is not included.
