Continue ShoppingThe EVC-1122-VIB is a 12-inch, two-way passive loudspeaker designed for indoor sound installations requiring consistent audio coverage from the front to the back of a long room. Its variable-intensity design combines a 12-inch EVS-12M woofer with a 1.25-inch titanium-dome compression driver and an asymmetrical waveguide to distribute sound evenly across a defined audience area. It is well suited for houses of worship, transit halls, atriums, conference centers, and other large indoor spaces.
With a frequency response of 70 Hz to 22 kHz and 90° × 55° coverage, the EVC-1122-VIB delivers clear speech and detailed music reproduction. Its 1.6 kHz fourth-order Linkwitz-Riley crossover supports smooth integration between the low- and high-frequency drivers. The loudspeaker can operate as a standalone full-range system or serve as the mid-bass/high-frequency enclosure in a multi-way sound system.
The enclosure features a durable black EVCoat finish and three M10 suspension points for installation flexibility. An optional ceiling or wall U-bracket is available for mounting. For distributed audio systems, the optional TK-150 transformer enables 70 V/100 V operation, while Electro-Voice's patented Automatic Saturation Compensation (ASC) technology helps maintain low-frequency performance when multiple loudspeakers are connected in parallel.
Note: Mounting brackets, rigging hardware, and the optional TK-150 transformer are sold separately.
