The Electro-Voice RE920Tx is a cardioid condenser clip-on microphone designed for wireless instrument applications. Its custom clip securely attaches to the instrument while helping isolate mechanical vibration, providing clear and natural sound reproduction for brass, string, and woodwind instruments.

Featuring a gold-sputtered back-electret capsule, the RE920Tx handles sound pressure levels up to 148 dB SPL. Its 80 Hz–18 kHz frequency response captures detailed instrument sound, while the TA4F connector is wired for compatibility with Electro-Voice and Telex bodypack transmitters.

The microphone includes a two-stage foam windscreen and a gig bag for convenient transport and use in live performances.
