The TX2181 is a dual 18" subwoofer system designed to deliver high-output, high-impact bass and extend the low-frequency performance of the TX2152 loudspeaker. It features two EVS-18S high-excursion woofers housed in a well-braced enclosure with a low-distortion port design, allowing it to move large volumes of air for powerful bass response. The woofers feature four-layer voice coils and cast frames for high power handling and durability.

Designed for biamped operation, the TX2181 requires a dedicated amplifier channel and processor to deliver its full performance. Its enclosure combines MDF and plywood construction with a durable EVCoat finish for added strength and protection. The rugged, dent-resistant grille features a rotatable logo, while four-way handles provide flexible carrying and handling options.

The recessed input panel features dual NL4 connectors, keeping connections concealed and allowing the subwoofer to be positioned closer to walls or other boundaries. The TX2181 shares the same width and height as the TX2152, creating a clean, uniform column appearance when stacked and helping maximize storage and transport space.
