The RF Venue ILAMP-ACT Active In-Line Amplifier is designed to compensate for signal loss on long coaxial cable runs, providing 10 dB of gain to offset approximately 20 meters of RG-58 cable attenuation. It can be powered from the power output of an antenna distributor or receiver or by a +12 V DC adapter. A red LED indicates when the unit is receiving power. Up to two ILAMP-ACT units can be cascaded for additional signal-loss compensation. A BNC female-to-female adapter or coaxial jumper is required for cascading and is not included. For diversity applications, two ILAMP-ACT units are required. The amplifier features BNC female RF input/output connectors and includes a wall-mounting bracket, AC power supply, mounting hardware, and user documentation.
