DESCRIPTION
The Shure SBC220-US is a networked 2-bay docking charger designed for seamless charging and remote management of Shure SB900 and SB900A lithium-ion batteries, as well as compatible wireless transmitters including ULXD1, ULXD2, QLXD1, QLXD2, AD1, and AD2. Equipped with an Ethernet port, it integrates with Shure’s Wireless Workbench® software, enabling real-time monitoring of battery levels, charge cycles, health, and temperature. The charger offers flexible operation by allowing batteries to be charged either independently or while installed in transmitters. It delivers a 50% charge in approximately one hour and a full charge in about three hours. For expanded setups, up to four SBC220 units can be linked together to share power and network connectivity. The unit features bi-color LED indicators for charge status and battery errors, and includes a storage mode to prepare batteries for long-term storage. Its compact design measures 2.6 x 3.5 x 8.3 inches and weighs 1 lb (0.45 kg), making it suitable for various professional audio environments.
