The SKB 1SKB19-R1208 Gig Rig is a versatile and durable mixer/rack case designed to meet the demands of audio professionals. Constructed from roto-molded Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE), it features a uni-body design that ensures exceptional strength and longevity. The case offers a 12U slanted top rack with 7° angled steel rails, providing ample space for mixers and allowing extra room at the back for cable connections. Additionally, the front-facing 8U steel rails accommodate amplifiers or outboard gear, with included 8U rear rack rails for further mounting options and support. The lid is designed to allow cables to remain connected during transport and can serve as a pedestal, elevating the Gig Rig to an optimal performance height when placed on the bottom wheeled skid. For ease of handling, the case includes two injection-molded extra-long handles (one on each side) and four heavy-duty locking casters. The 1SKB19-R1208 is also compatible with the optional 1SKB-AV8 retractable shelf, enhancing its adaptability for various setups.
